At Cherrydown, we like to make things as hassle-free as possible for our clients. We now have a repeat prescription box in reception where you can complete a repeat medication request form and post it in the box.

These will be collected throughout the day and added to our repeat prescriptions list.

Alternatively you can complete the form below with your requirements and your medication will be prepared for you.

Please allow 3 working days between submitting your prescription request and collecting the medication. You will be notified by text when your prescription is ready. The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons requires us to carry out a clinical assessment when prescribing repeat medications, and this may require us to examine your pet, especially when prescribing antibiotics or controlled drugs.

In order for us to be able to issue a repeat prescription, your pet(s) will have had to be seen at one of our branches in the past six months. This is both a legal and necessary requirement to ensure the drug is suitable for your pet.

If you think your pet(s) may need to be seen by one of our team members, please call us on 01268 533636 to make an appointment. A basic assessment for repeat prescription can be carried out at a small charge. The staff on duty will be able to advise you if more detailed monitoring tests are recommended.
