At Cherrydown one of the things we are most proud of is our 24 hour Emergency Vets Service. Regardless of the time of day or night we can make sure your pet gets to see a Cherrydown Vet to ensure there is continuity with treatment, care (including over night care) and it helps to keep the pet more relaxed if they see the same people they are used to.
Over the years our Emergency Vets Service has been invaluable to many of our clients as we have been able to see their pets straight away. They know they can bring their pet to see us and they do not have the worry of driving around Essex trying to find someone to help them.
One of the many benefits of having an in-house animal hospital is that we never have to send pets away over night to be cared for. We know it can be stressful for pets to be shipped about and looked after by strangers so your pets will stay with us at the Basildon clinic. One of our resident nurses will be there to watch over them day and night to keep them company, give them a cuddle if needed and in a few cases be there with an early morning wake up call and a newspaper.
